#### Steps

* Click on Staking Pools to find the official pools, users can create any so be careful to not join the correct one
* Select Actions and then "Stake"
* Approve how many tokens you want to stake
* Deposit tokens after approval is confirmed
* Claim rewards when unstaking or staking any new tokens

There are no time-lockups or penalties/taxes applied when unstaking, you only pay gas fees.
